The Book of Signs: Reading the Sacraments in John's Gospel
“The Book of Signs,” the first 12 chapters of the Gospel of John, presents seven of Jesus’s great miracles, mysteriously referring to them as “signs.” We will discover how the evangelist used highly symbolic language to draw a profound connection between the seven “signs” and the sacraments of the Catholic Church.
No previous Bible study experience is required. All are welcome!

- Wednesdays, 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. from October 4 to November 15 in the parish office (225 Seven Farms Drive, Suite 100) – Instead of meeting on November 1 (a holy day of obligation), we will meet on Thursday, November 2.
- Thursdays, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. from October 5 to November 16 via Zoom
Why Do We Do That at Mass?
Have you ever wondered why we do and say what we do at Mass? Madelaine Beckford (Director of Music and Liturgy) and Grace Strother (Director of Adult Formation) will walk you through the parts of the Mass, explaining the meaning behind the words, gestures, and other symbols of the liturgy. We'll also discuss the purpose of the liturgy and how you can fully participate in it, no matter where you are on your journey with Christ and His Church.
