Rosemary Vatalaro – Parish Secretary

Rosemary has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the State University of New York College in Geneseo, New York. She worked as a dialysis technologist and medical assistant at the Albany Medical Center Hospital in Albany, New York.  She was also a food bacteriologist at the New York State Food Laboratory prior to embarking on her career as parish secretary at Saint Clare of Assisi.  

Rosemary's goal is to serve our Lord by promoting the faith and assisting the faithful through her involvement and dedication to Catholic education and our growing parish.

She was born and raised in Albany, New York where she attended Catholic schools.

Rosemary was the first person hired in our young parish. Rosemary, her husband Jim, and their two children, Aidan and Anna, are members of Saint Clare of Assisi and live in Mount Pleasant.  She is passionate about Catholic education and parish life, having spent nearly 18 years volunteering her time and talents in faculty support, fundraising, events management and administration.

Rosemary has admitted to dreaming in color.
