Director of Adult Formation - Grace Strother
Grace, a lifelong Catholic, grew up in Goose Creek, South Carolina and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Furman University. She worked in the IT industry for more than 20 years in roles ranging from technical support to proposal management. She is a founding member of Saint Clare of Assisi, and discerned a call to full-time lay ministry while serving as an RCIA catechist in this parish. As a result, she earned a Master of Arts in Theology from Saint Joseph's College of Maine. Grace is a popular and highly effective teacher who has a passion for leading others to Christ and to his Church. Her favorite areas of study include the Blessed Trinity, grace (no, not because it's her name), and the ancient catechumenate. Grace lives on Daniel Island with her husband Jon and a neurotic retired racing greyhound.
