Baptism & first communion for
middle school or high school students

Saint Clare of Assisi is excited to walk with you as your begin your journey of initiation into the Catholic Church. Preparation begins with the commencement of the new school year.

Requirements:
  • Attend EDGE or Life Teen regularly in order to receive religious education
  • Attend five Sacramental preparation sessions
  • Those preparing for Baptism and First Holy Communion
    • Participate in the Rite of Welcoming with your Sponsor
    • Receive Baptism at the Easter Vigil Mass
    • Complete First Reconciliation after receiving Baptism
    • Receive First Holy Communion
  • Those preparing for First Holy Communion only
    • Complete First Reconciliation
    • Receive First Holy Communion
