To all High School Students who are choosing to enter full communion into the Catholic Church through Baptism, First Communion, and/or Confirmation, we want to say WELCOME!!! We look forward to taking this journey of faith with you.

- Choose a Sponsor and complete the Sponsor Form at the bottom of this page.
- Attend our Life Teen youth group on 2nd and 4th Sundays, 5:00-7:00 PM in the parish office.
- CUSP Classes for Teens
- In addition to attending Life Teen, all CUSP students must attend five classes that prepare them for receiving the Sacrament(s). Dates TBA.
- Participate in service activities.
- Attend a Retreat
- Choose a Saint Name.
- Complete a Discernment Conversation
- Each candidate, towards the end of their preparation, will meet with Fernando Cartagena or Father West to reflect on their growth and readiness to enter fully into the life of Christ and His Church.
